What you will feel in the first weeks
- More open hips, shoulders, and spine
- Steadier breathing and better sleep
- Less tension in the neck and lower back
A simple 15-minute flow
- Cat-cow (1 minute)
- Downward dog (2 minutes)
- Low lunge (2 minutes per side)
- Seated twist (2 minutes)
- Savasana (3 minutes)
